David T Swoish

David T. Swoish is the CEO and founder of Great Pacific Securities.   Mr. Swoish is responsible for the oversight and direction of all Institutional Sales activity and consulting projects at GPS.  Recently, David engaged the firm in the $950 million Presidio Parkway project and helped establish the framework for future P3 projects in California.  Early in his career, Mr. Swoish was the leading institutional Salesman at Liberty Capital.  Prior to joining Liberty Capital, David spent 8 years working for a large medical device manufacturer.  Since its founding in 1990, GPS has successfully executed over $290 Billion in securities transactions for its institutional clients.  David earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Finance from Michigan State University.  He holds Series 7, 24, and 63 licenses.

Christopher V Vinck
President

Mr. Vinck is responsible for overseeing all investment banking and trading activity at the firm.  He has focused on developing trading platforms and servicing the needs of institutional clients since 1993. During his tenure at GPS, he has helped build the infrastructure for several funds.   Mr. Vinck was the firm’s lead contact throughout the disposition of the U.S Treasury's Citigroup stock.  In addition, he has been the firms lead banker to Freddie Mac and the Federal Home Loan Bank system for over 5 years and has participated as the day-to-day contact in underwriting services for the State of California in over 130 deals.   Prior to joining Great Pacific Securities in 1996, Mr. Vinck was the Senior Vice President of Sepulveda and Smith Securities in Los Angeles.  Chris Vinck earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California and an MBA with honors from The Anderson School at UCLA.  He holds Series 7, 24, 55 and 63 registrations.

David Banerjee

David Banerjee is Chief Financial Officer at Great Pacific Securities. Mr. Banerjee began his career in Eurodollar syndication in 1977 as FINOP/VP of the First Interstate Bank Bond Department. David Banerjee became SVE/FINOP of Liberty Mutual Insurance Company and holds a CPA license, Bachelor of Science in Engineering, and MBA and MIM Degrees. He also holds Series 7, 24, 27 and 63 licenses.

James Voight joined Great Pacific Securities with a wealth of knowledge and experience from his role as mortgage-backed trader beginning in 1983. Prior to becoming a trader for Great Pacific Securities, he had been a portfolio manager and chief financial officer for several financial institutions. Mr. Voight is a generalist with exceptional skills in mortgage-backed securities, agencies, and treasuries. He holds a CPA designation and licenses 3, 4, 7, 24, 53, 55 and 63. James Voight earned his Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from San Diego State University, served in the U. S. Navy from 1966 to 1970, and is a Disabled Veteran.

Peter Kerrigan

Peter Kerrigan has traded equity securities since 1989. Prior to joining Great Pacific Securities, he was a Specialist on the Pacific Stock Exchange and a NASDAQ Market Maker. Mr. Kerrigan has also traded on several regional dealer desks, instituting various trading methods including Implementation Shortfall and VWAP strategies. With his focused experience in equity execution Mr. Kerrigan can capitalize on market inefficiencies to provide clients with superior execution. Peter Kerrigan earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Southern California. He holds Series 7, 55, 62 and 63 licenses.

Mike Maroshek

Mike Maroshek joined Great Pacific Securities after running a Trading Department for an Independent Broker Dealer, in Orange County, California. In that capacity Mike was a registered principal, supervisor, and created their fixed income desk. He has over five years of industry experience and extensive knowledge in both equity and fixed income securities. He currently holds the Series 7, 24, 55, 66 Securities Registrations as well as a California Insurance License. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Chapman University. Prior to entering into the field of finance, Mr. Maroshek proudly served in the United States Air Force and received the Air Medal in support of both Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom after flying 38 combat missions—he is a Disabled Combat Veteran.
