Our Consulting Team brings this perspective to our clients who are trying to determine the best way to finance their capital projects and then bring them to market.
Case in point, in 2010, GPS was a valuable member of the KPMG team that successfully consulted with the State of California on how to best finance their $950 Million Presidio Parkway P3 Project.
